Ingredients

• 3-4 Texas RED Grapefruit, sectioned and strained
• 1 cup prepared strawberry glaze
• 1 9-inch baked pie shell
• Whipped cream, optional

Directions
Carefully fold the grapefruit sections into the strawberry glaze. Pour into the baked pie shell and refrigerate until firm. Top with whipped cream.
