3-4 Texas RED Grapefruit, sectioned and strained

1 cup prepared strawberry glaze

1 9-inch baked pie shell

Whipped cream, optional

Directions

Carefully fold the grapefruit sections into the strawberry glaze.  Pour into the baked pie shell and refrigereate until firm.  Top with whipped cream.
